Caledon Mountain Veterinary Hospital is a full service companion animal hospital and health care facility with special interest in ORTHOPEDIC related conditions.

Our facility is run by Dr. John Brajkovich, along with his wife Dana, and twelve additional hospital staff. Dr. John has a special interest in orthopedic surgery. He certified to perform surgery for cranial cruciate ligament deficiency including TPLO and TTA surgery. Please click here to find out more about Dr. John's training and qualifications.

Caledon Mountain is proud to offer high definition DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY. This new addition to our diagnostic services has provided detailed imaging to better help diagnose your pet. We also offer in house ultrasound performed by our trained staff veterinarian.

We have made a commitment to reduce our environmental footprint. The clinic is powered by BULL FROG power, digital radiographs(eliminated harmful waste product production), and going completely paperless are only some of the steps we at Caledon Mountain Veterinary hospital have taken to become green.

You may have a special question regarding surgery or medical care for your pet. The answer you are looking for might be clearly outlined in our Frequently Asked Questions. If your answer isn't there, please take advantage of the "Ask Dr. John" question and answer form we have provided for your convenience. Our staff checks these messages several times a day, and you will get a response by email, if the doctor is not available.

Complementary medicine is administered to our patients, which means that we endeavor to provide the most holistic and effective treatment of your pet that we possibly can, using a combination of conventional and holistic medicine.

All animals are deserving of medical attention whether they have a home or not. At Caledon Mountain Veterinary Hospital we work with a variety of rescue organizations to ensure all animals receive the necessary medical treatment or surgery that would otherwise not be available.

Take a moment to visit our pet memorial gallery, where we honor and remember animal friends who still have a special place in our hearts.
